What is the delivery time?
The delivery time is made up of two periods:
1) Processing time:
Within 1-3 working days your order will be checked, approved and packed. Your order will be checked, approved and accepted by us, after which your package will be prepared for shipment. Sometimes this processing time can have delay and lead up to 5 working days.
2) Delivery time:
United Kingdom: 5-15 working days*.
Delivery is handled by multiple carriers.
*All delivery times do not include customs delays. Delays may occur during peak seasons such as Christmas, Black Friday and Chinese New Year.
WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?
We offer our customers free premium shipping on orders above £24.95 to United Kingdom. This includes insurance against theft, loss or damage to the parcel. When the value of the order is below £24.95, a £4.95 shipping cost will be incurred.

Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

For logistical reasons, your shipment may be sent in several partial deliveries.
